So - what can we deduce from the above and the the ability of the US of A to run the "supposedly" most sophisticated defense system in the world.
1. All the top people seem to disappear in times of crisis having obviously better and much more important ways of filling their oh so important time and justifying their horrendous wages.
2. Conferences are the most important part of command - except the most important ones.
3. All communications and video feed fail at exactly the same time especially in a very significant crisis - otherwise, as we all know to our detriment, everything works perfectly.
4. Everyone in charge is a TV addict but doesn't believe a thing they see on TV - unlike the rest of us idiots.
5. They all appear also to be addicted to conferences apart from, as pointed out previously, important ones.
Question: Should people who are derelict in their duty and at the same time addicted be punished by jail or sent to the most secure wing of a psychiatric
ward or be left in charge to run the country (the world)?
Addendum to No. 3. It seems only Rummies phones didn't fail because when he finally got back to his office he was able to make a few phone calls before then going off to help the wounded (my hero).
And somebody else was seemingly out of his well deserved cash and had to dash to an ATM (which we Brits call a 'hole in the wall' ) - wonder how big the hole was by then?
