CNN aired a story about a woman that was to be stoned to death in Iran and was probably aired only because of the tensions between Iran and the US. If CNN cared about executions, they would focus on executions all over the world, including their ally in Saudi Arabia and of course the executions that occur in the US. Another example of news and propaganda been combined to shape American and world opinion rather than provide a fair and balanced viewpoint.
