This is the modern version of a Nazi-developed weapon and concept found in France, if I remember correctly, and returned to the USA in 1945 by T2 teams. All the money in the world for weapons - less and less - or none at all for food and shelter for the poor and needy - or for Peace. This is the Way and Why Rome ended...and is the Way and Why the American Empire will too.
