Is the new AG Eric Holder the same one that recommended to Clinton that he pardon Marc Rich? If he is I wont be holding my breath for any prosecution of Bush and Co.

The link below from Deep Capture has a history of Michael Steinhardt and how he got to where he did. A fine upstanding young fellow he is too. Why would Clinton give the time of day to these people? Why would Eric Holder recommend a pardon? On what grounds? Since when does an administration take orders from the mafia?
