It's a post card.
All it needs is the classic curved "Greetings" logo followed by "from Ground Zero".
My conclusion is that the image was created primarily to serve the greater propaganda/mind control agenda. It is an obvious collage. If challenged, no one involved in the coverup would defend it as authentic.
I think.
HOWEVER ... Once ejected into the zeitgeist, it does contribute to the confusion -- or, as I'd have it, the cognitive dissonance -- upon which control is predicated.
