I'm confused about the Permindex reference. Are you saying Flammonde's version of Permindex is accurate? The article says people can't be blamed for being sucked-in to Permindex theories but never quite exonerates Permindex for what the Italian government kicked Permindex out of Italy for.

It took me a long time to extricate Torbitt from Flammonde. Flammonde is really interesting and though I don't dig all his stuff his stuff on Permindex is good. The Torbitt document was used to discredit his writings on Permindex.
I liked how you read the article on CTKA in conjunction. Thats whats great about CTKA in that you can read one article but you'll find it has tie ins elsewhere on the page.
