The article give no clues if it was a chemical explosion, a boiler, or a nuclear explosion [they can be small too]. Most nations [and even groups with some money and a few highly trained people] construct nukes or other horrible weapons, sadly. Some world it will be soon when nearly everyone has the complete panoply of ways to kill....it seems to be a favorite of those in power....as David likes to remind us from Jungian thought...the dark side of our being that seems to be expressed even more in those in power.
