Because of poor video microphone setup, this video is very difficult to hear, but if you start at 12 minutes and listen, you will hear of the necessity to release the files prior to 2013, since after that date, agencies may ask the President to withhold documents for an indefinite period of time, if it runs out to 2017. The archives has rescinded their original promise to expedite or prioritize JFK materials prior to 2013. Currently, the NARA Board is meeting to discuss this subject.
