"Porn" makes it seem vaguely naughty but not necessarily malign. It's the kind of phrase propagandists for sex between adults and children, such as NAMBLA, have sought to use.
Personally, I either use the phrase "child pornography", "images of paedophilia" or, more properly, "images of child abuse".
