That could solve the mystery, but it would take a LOT OF EFFORT and PRESSURE to do it. There would be a lot of opposition, I would think. The only way I could conceive of it happening would be if there were a very important reason for the current powers-that-be to get some sort of political advantage and power from having it done.

Aren't political murders often "solved" by having patsies to blame, victims with heart attacks or strokes which seem natural, and "accidents."?
