Isn't this the very reason the NDAA was passed? Round you up for being there. Cook the evidence. Better yet infiltrate the protesters with "real terrorists". Now WHERE have we seen this before?

"Chilling effect" on protected acts or speech? Who cares? Remember what good old George W Bush told us : "The Constitution is just a goddamm piece of paper". Obama appears to agree.

Brings to mind the words of Obama's former Pastor, when taken IN context: "Not God Bless America; God Damn America".
