Peter, I posted this in other locations and asked who the author is and what corroboration there is:

As for Rex 84, I appreciate the history, having aggregated lots of research on the matter. When you lift up that rock, out scurries continuity of government (a favored topic of many including Peter Dale Scott), the mysterious and murderous connections of Reagan's Atty. Gen'l Meese and more (See Cheri Seymour's book on Danny Casolaro and the one-time member at E Pluribus Unum known as "Desert Fae"), the true tales of the formation of FEMA, the entire PROmis thing (ask Ed Encho), likely links into the Oklahoma/Murrah bombing, likely links into the more recent saga of Fast & Furious, and more. Rex 84, however old it seems, is still a functional entrance into the underground warren of General Woundwort. It is possible, perhaps, to discover that Jung was an OSS agent (#488) who did psychological profiles of Nazis and who intrigued Dulles about mental telepathy and parapsychology. There might even be a goat down in one of them warrens we can stare at.
