Ed, you are proof that you can step in the same shit pile twice when it has stuck to your shoes.

Obviously, you haven't understood what the proverb or Prigogine were talking about, as it is impossible to do so. Furthermore, it's apparent that you don't get the point (spiritually or in terms of quantum physics, or as expressed in several spiritual disciplines, or in at least two books by Alan Watts) that we are all part of the same shit pile.

So start turning the place into a world of fragrant blossoms, or shine your own little pile.
