Yes, important to be aware that 'Gladio-like' programs if not Gladio itself is 'alive and well' still doing evil to provoke fear and tension of the enemy du jour. I don't believe NATO has ever admitted to its existence. Important also is the fact that it predates NATO and was only subsumed by it and perhaps some other organizations.
