I mean, think about it, the appearance of the same "witnesses" in October Surprise and the Palme murder gives you certainty that Palme was not killed by a "Lone Nut" . It also gives you indications about who has an interest in derailing the investigation and covering up the real background of the events. Usually the people trying to cover things up are not too far removed from the people being responsible for the events in the first place.
