I'm no botanist, but the vegetation in this image does not strike me as being particularly tropical.

That plus the fact that neither an image nor a verifiable report of LHO at No Name Key has surfaced to date make the statement that this view should be accepted as having been taken "at No Name before anyting else" utterly under-informed and undisciplined -- which is to say, nonsensical.

If you view the photo in the context of the documentary, instead of the cropped one David Joesephs provided, there is considerable back ground included that looks quite tropiclal to me. but I am no botonist either. I said some place "like" no name key, meaning one of the training areas the likes of Sturgis and his OP 40 folks used. I think the man in the photo resembles this guy:
Marita Lorenz who can be seen in other versions of this clip, has claimed to have met Oswald in the Miami area at the time he was in Russia.
