I'm sorry, but drugging persons is NOT Standard Operational Procedure for psychological exams of sanity [on RARE occasions hypnosis may be used, if a hypnotized defendant is suspected! They are usually simply talked to extensively, watched through one way mirrors, and given various tests - none on drugs. Also, this 'waive all medical confidentiality' sounds very odd. It would take no special ruling for his own use of drugs or surreptitious administration of drugs [given to him by others] to be admissible in Court if it had any bearing on the case. It sounds like 'sunshine', but I sense it is meant to 'control' information. Something is not right here.
