Yes, things are eerily headed toward '1984' and the other books mentioned. I read it back in the '60s' and was much effected/shaken by it....and though it both possible and likely to come to pass - but never thought I'd live to see it come to pass....and I'm afraid to say I have seen it well on its way. Time [long past time!] to put everything in REVERSE and get the general populace to WAKE UP to how they are being used and lied to in Oceania!!
