The shooter's position was elevated enough that the windshield wouldn't have been in the way.
That's why I mention the horizontal axis. If you draw a line from Kennedy's right temple entry wound to just above the windshield and beyond I'm pretty sure it would be way up in the air above the South Knoll.
The problem with Glanges' windshield bullet hole is it was captured by Altgens prior to the headshot.
I totally believe Dennis David's right front entry wound. And we all know at least one shot came from the Grassy Knoll. I'm just having trouble making it compute.
