OK, I'll bite. Tangerine?
It's a well known story of an MP, Steven Milligan, who was found hung to death wearing women's/bondage clothing with a segment of orange, satsuma or tangerine in his mouth. Reportedly it was an auto erotic act gone wrong and the orange was used to remove the bitter taste of amyl nitrate said to be used as a sexual stimulant.
But there was no evidence of him having taken amyl nitrate and the suspicion is that he was suicided at the behest of important people, possibly members of the security service.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
