Barry and the Boys photo; (from article 225 Magazine April 30, 2009)

When asked by various researchers over the years about the infamos photo found in Barry and the Boys; the following has been my basic reply: Researchers have failed for whatever reasons to include the following in their work:

So what about the Mexico City photograph?

You say here that the Mexico City photo was taken in 1964 or 1965. Yet you're quoted in Barry and the Boys (see attachment) as saying the photo was "Narcs having a little fun after receiving awards from the American DEA in 1976."

Could you please clarify? Was the photo taken in 1964/1965 or in 1976?
