Dunne always was, IMHO, one of the best minds on the EF. I'm not sure that is his real name, but whoever he is usually thinks and speaks eloquently. To wit: http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index....ntry275207 [a post on someone else's post, as I can't find the original - but it appears in its entirety and sums it all up as well as anyone could.] - and here too http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index....ntry275274
Dunne also had some great [and ignored] words when I was about to be removed. As far as I can remember, his wise remarks have always been ignored...to the peril of the EF.

"Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience! People are obedient in the face of poverty, starvation, stupidity, war, and cruelty. Our problem is that grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem!" - Howard Zinn
"If there is no struggle there is no progress. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and never will" - Frederick Douglass
