I don't remember where on the web I found this photo. Does anyone know more about it? Compare it to the backyard photos and you'll see that the shadows match precisely. It was not taken by the DPD after the assassination, because in their photos, the bush in the background is in fuller bloom, the tree in the back has lost most of its leaves, and there is a spindly little bush in the foreground with thin branches.
I can only guess this was the background photo that was used for the insertion of the composite "Oswald" character.
I think it is generally considered to have been taken just before or just after they put the 'model' in the photo. The whole body was NOT 'inserted' only the head and papers.
