It only makes sense when it is placed in the context of Marina's statements... When we acknowledge that Marina was part of the "bogus evidence" trails that were created,
We also must acknowledge that the WALKER shooting, like the TIPPIT killing were building blocks in the case against Oswald... The man Ruby killed had nothing to do with either...
If the ANTI-CASTRO-ites feel that Oswald is a FBI infultrator (which he was) what better way to set him up then to accuse him of doing the one thing an ANTI-CASTRO-ite would never do... shoot at a commie-hater like Walker....
But again - at the time of the shooting one would be hard pressed to make ANY CONNECTION to Oswald... it only focuses on Oswald AFTER the assassination and in the press to further vilify him.

While there is no evidence as to where Oswald would have gotten the CIA ordered Copper FMJ ammo in the first place... at least we know they were COPPER jacketed...
There are a few reports in the DPD archives that first state the bullet was STEEL JACKETED and second that the witness accounts have 2 people in one car and 1 more in yet another...
Since no STEEL JACKETED BULLETS were ever connected to (HARVEY) Oswald can we say he was NOT involved? IDK ??
yet when the BYPs are "found" and then date-stamped to 2 weeks prior to the Walker shooting... the set-up and connection starts to make sense...
It is very possible that those who created the BYPs were involved in the Walker shooting.... yet I still think this was an after-the-fact connection that adds fuel to the fire.
