There's a lot of "if's" and "might" be's in this report.
I get the impression the author is trying to squeeze all of the reports in to a pre-determined explanation namely, a series of SS exercises, for which there really is no hard evidence (that I saw anyway on a skim read through).
Could there, might there, maybe, be another explanation?
The fog or war, or someone or group engaged in purposefully fogging perceptions, deflecting attention and keeping the guards guessing? With inside knowledge of how such events would go down?
We all imagine that Bush was a knowing part of 9/11, but what if he weren't?
