A new film with what is not new information is about to be broadcast on Al Jazerra English. It will make the argument that Libya was not involved in the downing of Pan Am 103, but perhaps Iran - or factions allied with Iran were...and that powerful forces in Western governments also do not want the truth known. People in Scotland are already calling yet again for another investigation. Better luck this time!
