Seems to me that its not very accurate at the range of the shots fired at JFK. Five inch circle is a miss, if all you've got to aim at is head and shoulders. Also, it occurs to me that, at least at the time of the "magic bullet shot," the car has to be moving very nearly directly away from the shooter for the pople to be positioned properly. If I recall my Dealy Plaza layout correctly, there would actually be little to no movement to the right as the bullet makes its short supersonic flight. In the ~.025 sec it takes a 2000 m/sec bullet to go 60 meters, a car travelling 15 mph (22 ft/sec) would move about 6 inches directly away from the shooter, but that doesn't equate to a 6 inch "higher" shot, its a fraction of an inch "higher."
