There's another way to look at it, just as the CIA planted several agents at Garrison's office, my father would do his own snooping around while playing both sides of the fence. In his own words he says, something to this effect without looking at my father's letters right now says, "I don't know who is who".
I believe that my father had a hard time trusting anyone. But, he was the sixth burglar in Watergate, he did steal index cards from U.S. Customs, he did infiltrate Homestead Air Force Base several times. In-fact he took me there often.
And, he did steal from the U.S. Government in 1961 in Alaska during Operation Willow Freeze, and he did carry false identification on him such as FBI, CIA, police or Army credentials though they were all fake, he made them to appear to be real, my mother knew they weren't.
And, my father did steal the only known photographs of the men taken in Dallas on the day Kennedy was assassinated, and that's my story.
