This is indeed a fascinating discussion. My read is that Irvin's argument prevails. The CIA could care less that millions of people have come to a new consciousness in the "hippie" movement. So much the better. History is created by the Hegelian dialectic of placing opposing forces in conflict -- full spectrum dominance via sinister forces with some Sandoz creations thrown as needed.

In all due respect Lauren that statement is just flat wrong.I'll not argue the point.We will have to just agree to disagree here.
