International investigation for the 2014 Odessa massacre

I read a few reports regarding 2014 Odessa massacre, and was truly shocked by the details.
This petition is to ask the Foreign Office to lead an international investigation of the matter. I believe that an independent and inclusive international investigation will help brought the perpetrators to justice, and to defuse the situation in the Ukraine which is in the public interests.
