But surely capitalism is incredibly inclusive isn't it?
For this conference they would've needed waiters to serve the drinks and sandwiches, someone else to set out the conference chairs and tables; liveried types to open and close doors for them; functionaries to remind them where the speech notes are kept and when to speak and what to say; chauffeur types to drive them there in the first place; butler's to ensure their clothes are pressed and ready to wear., purveyors of botox to keep that youthful frozen look. Etc etc.
The bit I really liked about this conference was the idea that they could rebuild "trust and legitimacy". Bloody hilarious.
