They had a slow boat for the Libyan MI6 guy they captured a few months ago too. I wonder if he has landed on the shore yet or still at sea? Seems like there would be lots of legal black holes in the international waters and flags of convenience that could be used for a long and extreme 'interrogation' with impunity. In this world anyway.
