Core of Corruption series cancelled
#41
Another detailed Facebook update from Jon circa Sullivan's hearings this week. Some of the links and news stories I gathered online after an initial conversation with him flesh out the details below somewhat, so I'll update when I can:

.........................

"You want to know the real story about Sullivan? I tracked down the victims and missing people that were related to the story while working for Tom Martino, we had received a call from a person who wanted to turn in the sheriff. I started investigating the claims and looked for any credible evidence or victims and 6 weeks later, essentially without getting into too much detail, I brought the FBI Safe Streets Task Force everything they needed to get the sheriff arrested. They acted on less than 10% of the information I gave them. It was very depressing and troubling but watching how Sullivan has now shown he doesn't even take his probation serious and seems to think he is above the law, it has made it all worse, in my opinion. This case is a shining example of why so many people lose faith in the system, when it has double standards and treats its decorated sheriffs with higher privileges, regardless of how serious their crimes were. 3 different people I tracked down were found dead, all unsolved homicides. All had GHB date rape drug in them. 1 was a minor. Sullivan was last seen with the people found dead on 2 occasions, one with his babysitter and the other with his ex-coworker at the Cherry Creek School District. The fact the police were unable to put a strong case together against Sullivan for that is disturbing, but he was a cop, so many speculate he knew how to cover up the crimes if he did indeed do them.

Then there is the fact he is HIV positive and I had independently confirmed and then later verified by other sources that he gave HIV to multiple people without telling them. Some of them had died from AIDS, unable to afford the medical treatment needs they needed. Those are very serious crimes as you know. Then of course there is Sullivan's continued cooperation with a very dangerous and powerful white supremacist group in town that runs meth. He gave up the identity of a confidential informant to them and that informant later was found dead. Sullivan is a two bit no good dirt bag, lowest of the low, crooked cop, as corrupt as they come. He was hiding behind a VERY decorated career and fooled a lot of people, this is why the victims were so scared to talk, because of the dead bodies and his cooperation with gang members, not to mention his decorated career. People literally thought he was untouchable, and the way he is being given special treatment right now on his probation only further proves that ridiculous theory, and I am sorry to say, it has made a lot of people lose faith in the good will and moral turpitude of our public officials here that are supposed to be doing their jobs. This is exactly the pinnacle of what made me give up journalism and move onto new chapters in my life 3 years ago. It was somewhat depressing and I suffered a little PTSD from all the work I did to get that sheriff arrested only to watch almost nothing done about it. I am always happy to conduct interviews on the story though, it was a pivotal and life changing experience for me that I will carry the rest of my life. And for the record, everything I just told you is well documented with 2 cases of files and many weeks of hidden camera footage I kept as I documented the experience to cover my own ass, including walking into the FBI's undercover location for the operation and documenting that I was the first person to bring them the information to do something about all this. I risked a lot doing what I did, but I had to. After finding the victims he hurt and seeing their faces, hearing their stories and documenting them on camera, it tore me up.

No one believed these young boys. They were sick, dying from HIV he gave them, they were all addicts of meth that Sullivan himself continued to feed them and exploit them as a sexual predator. I have never felt so much anger in my whole damn life. I wanted to hunt Sullivan down and break every bone in his damn body, but I remained civil, and kept to an objective journalistic approach. When the story broke, which I handed off to Brian Maass and he will verify everything I am telling you, I thought I had done it. I thought this was it, I got the "bad guy" and helped those victims. But watching how the case was handled since, seeing how few people knew of my involvement and watching a few news outlets not credit me, I was forced to release a tape that depicted Sullivan raping a minor on camera. That video was handed to me by a very dangerous character involved in the drug cartels. Someone wanted Sullivan taken down far more powerful than a cop here in town, and that video was my way of communicating to everyone that it is the public officials job now to do their due diligence here and take this predator off the streets. They failed miserably at it. That case should have never been tried in the county he had jurisdiction in, for clear conflict of interest violations. It should have been a grand jury and out of state officials needed to be involved because of Sullivan's very high ranking influence in the state. This state kept it quiet and brushed it off. It was a joke, watching how this was handled. Lets not forget that Sullivan himself "abruptly" left his position at the school as head of security for Cherry Creek schools. So he "quit", huh. What total BS.

He hired an ex-gay porn star as a security guard that I received multiple credible statements from people on that said he was distributing meth at the schools and recruiting at risk kids of these private meetings with "clients" or "johns" in a meth/prostitution scandal. The school kept the whole thing quite and fired the security guard. Then Mr Decorated Sheriff decided "on his own" to just leave a prestigious job. Bullsh*t. He was asked to leave, its the nice way of firing someone, and you know it. That security guard was later found dead, floating in the Platte River the morning after being seen with Sullivan the night before. Now let me ask you this, how many school officials are criminally culpable or negligent here for not acting legally on the matter involving meth at the schools? The school officials have blood on their hands, that security guard was murdered. Now what about the Arapahoe County Sheriff's office? They changed their story 4 times as to when they knew of Sullivan's criminal behavior. Someone even called police on Sullivan a month before I got involved and they failed to follow up on it. A year before I got involved there was the failed sting to take him down, but like I said, the informant working with police stopped cooperating and was later found dead. This means that someone on the drug task force leaked confidential information to the sheriff or he illegally accessed it while retired, VERY SERIOUS CRIMINAL CHARGES. And the police and sheriff's department told us "they had no idea Sullivan was doing anything." What a bunch of total bullsh*t. All of it. So many state and school officials are so criminally culpable here and negligent to multiple unsolved homicides, all the victims of sex abuse, the failure in the drug war against meth, etc.

Thats why the story was never fully released on the scale I am telling you, because you know how damaging this was going to be, to so many careers and powerful people in this state. I had no idea that any document with Sullivan's name on it could now be called into question including arrest records and claims from inmates currently incarcerated that they were framed or set up. Holy sh*t, do you realize how much money this was going to cost the state in lawsuits? Over 100 cases went "missing" or lost evidence within a week after Sullivan's arrest in Arapahoe County and no one seemed to notice they all had Sullivan's name on it. I'll tell you this, if he was a crooked cop on the level we all now know he is, he was probably like that his whole career. The real question here is this: How many other crimes do we not know about that he may be involved in? How many other victims? Who knows how far back this goes. But I did a little digging and found that Sullivan's family baby sitter was raped and murdered, her body thrown in the Platte river just like Sean Moss (security guard at Cherry Creek Schools) and that crime occurred in 1985.

While Sullivan was active sheriff. I found out he illegally involved himself in the investigation of his 18 year old babysitter's death and went outside of his own jurisdiction to "advise" on the investigation. Well it is officially an unsolved murder. Great advising that dirt bag did, eh? LOL. What a joke. A big giant joke. The whole thing. This story has corruption written all over it. That's why so few touched it. But you know what, it is probably the biggest story in the state, it broke at the same time PENN state broke and it was the same FBI Safe Streets Task force that did that as well that I worked with here. You saw how big that story got. But this isn't about how big the story is as much as it is about how dark and deep Sullivan's criminal behavior really is. He needs to be locked up for life, period. The courts need to stop giving him a break. He has demonstrated that he does not take the law serious. I say F**k him. Throw the book at that dirtbag, no more leniency. Enough is enough with the BS. Sullivan shamed the badge he wore for years. He is a crook and a degenerate. There should be no tolerance for his continued probation violations, as he already received the plea deal of a lifetime, he was given a sweet deal and he has shown he doesn't take it serious. That is the story here.

And this is not even half the story. The connections to other things I was investigating only exasperate the whole thing, but I will save that for another time. And as far as any credibible news clips of my involvement with the investigation, here you go -

Here I am on CNN being interview about this 3 years ago -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uujJyPlGemc

Here I am being interviewed on FOX local news about the human trafficking I uncovered. I setup a 22 person task force with the FBI to take down this sheriff - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmSgsWZkvMY
