Here's maybe how it should have been written:

A jail attendant and an armed prison guard dragged a resisting prisoner outside while at least four prison personnel watched. When it became apparent that the two could not subdue him, the two prison guards released the man and jumped back. the armed officer grabbed his firearm and fired one shot hitting the unarmed prisoner while he still was on the ground. The final clip shows the two officers applying full body weight on the prisoner until he stopped moving and died. The prisoner received no medical attention.

You forgot to mention the prisoner was handcuffed and could pose no serious threat to anyone.

Watch the video again. He wasn't in handcuffs. But maybe that was the point -- to make a pretext for capping him.
