In discussion of the two Oswald theory, Paul Groody mentioned that the body that was exhumed in 1981 (or at least the head) had not been through an autopsy. He said that when he saw Oswald in the funeral home, the skull cap had been removed and replaced as part of the autopsy. This is all normal.
However, the other day I was looking at some autopsy pictures of Oswald, and whilst the Y incision had been stitched up, there was no sign of a craniotomy having been performed on Oswald.
Was I just looking at an incomplete set of photos? Was there any evidence that Earl Rose removed Oswald's skull cap?
