Absolutely! Seeing is not believing. Millions of people seeing it happen with their own eyes would not stand up in court.
One needs actual hard evidence, like forensics, to prove guilt. Best of all would be a confession - because we all know that the police never force these out of people they fit up for a crime. God forbid...
