MAS has more than 100,000 flights per year, and the odds of any given flight having a fatal crash is (according to planecrashinfo.com) 1 in 4.3 million. So I'd give the odds as roughly (1/4.3*10^6)^3), times 100,000 for a figure of odds: 1 / 1.26*10^13

or about a 0.00000000000008 chance.
