"Gary Glitter" AKA Paul Gadd, 70 YOA, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for att. sexual assault, and other charges involving underage girls. He's apparently been to prison before, in Vietnam, for similar conduct.
I think he deserves more time, at least a life sentence, merely for his horrible song "Rock and Roll", which the radio stations of my youth mercilessly played back to back for several days, inflicting agonizing auditory torture upon helpless American youth. I heard that ATF considered using his song at the Waco Siege, instead of the recorded sounds of slaughtered rabbit screams, but decided that was just too cruel.
