According to CHAMBER's story, Capt Jones tells him to release the three men once he hears that Oswald was arrested...
Chambers then releases the men.
The interviews of the three men and this paperwork places them in the same cell area as Oswald - and all three claim to have been there while Oswald was there thru the weekend.
Chambers not only said he released the men but also says that he does not remember filing out these reports and notes how incomplete they are....
These three men were not the same men photographed in DP and brought by WISE to DECKER to be released.
Two sets of cops, two sets of tramps... one released and probably involved somehow, one incarcerated (or lying about it) with faked arrest reports to maintina the anonimity of the men paraded thru DP that afternoon.
BTW - Jones hears about Oswald's arrest and tells Chambers to release these men BEFORE the men ion the photos are even paraded thru DP...
