This guy:

doesn't really look to be the same guy as this guy:

Hair in the back of the head is different.
Also, for some reason, a picture of the guy (from Facebook or something) that was posted on AOL earlier has been removed. In that picture he looked really disturbed.
Here's a shot of him presumably after arrest.
