Conspiracy Theory (1997) presented an eccentric surfacing through layers of drug-hypnotic conditioning to expose his use by the mother of all agencies' technical division.

Scott's view of Watergate and allusion to McCord-Hunt as an ongoing team reminds me of a recent McCord reference in Jim DiEugenio Destiny Betrayed II

So we have McCord tied to Oswald, Phillips with Oswald (Veciana to Fonzi), Phillips and Hunt in Dallas on November 22, 1963.
It got so bad Phillips had to "retire" and form AFIO
Now when the question is asked why CIA was running guns out of the Benghazi Gun Show the nation is shunted onto youtube.
