Not only the "what" but the "why" and the "who". The "what" would be interesting to know, the "why" is ultimately for total control, the "who" is the most interesting, IMHO, the Masters of the Universe. What is also interesting is that all of the assholes who are doing the collecting and cataloging and alleged analysis are being spied upon too. So whose data isn't being collected?
