That was pretty good, though he seems reluctant to take the next step and see that it isn't just a system running on autopilot, like a machine. There are elite criminal networks (connected to people in the private sector and other countries) behind many of these decisions and policies (though not all of them). But he's afraid to use the word 'conspiracy'.
