I am not going to defend Keith Rosenkranz, I read his book several years ago and it gave me some insight into the life as a fighter pilot in a war.
I am positively a proponent of the idea of individual responsibility, even in a war situation and even in the military.
But for me the most important war criminals are those who deliberately ordered these war crimes and I will celebrate the day when an international
war crimes tribunal will be able to hold a former western head of state, minister or leading general accountable. Today this cannot happen, as we all know.
