Now comes the issue of Net Neutrality and Google has a statement:

And is it not at last speech of the political kind which the writers of the December 15, 1791 addendum had in mind when they wrote:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grieveances.

Do we want a Congress preoccupied with sending suggestive text messages to its pages to be deciding our right to the uncensored use of the electronic media.
