MLK book?
#8
Side's use of the term “hellhound” is consistent with the sinister depiction of the black-clad backyard Oswaldovich.

Of note:

Seeking Armageddon and the Effort to Kill Martin Luther King, Jr. A new book by Larry Hancock and Stuart Wexler

I have Harold Weisberg, Frame-Up: The Martin Luther King—James Earl Ray Case (1971); Mark Lane/Dick Gregory, Code Name “Zorro”: The Murder of Martin Luther King, Jr. (1977); William F. Pepper, Orders to Kill: The Truth Behind the Murder of Martin Luther King, Jr. (1995).

Also recommended, MLK: Section 1 “The Struggle for a New Trial” and Section 2 “The Truth Wins Out” in The Assassinations, edited by Jim DiEugenio and Lisa Pease, pages 432-529.

There was no shot from the boarding house window until Memphis Sanitation cut the vegetation the day after King was shot. Unless Ray had a time machine, he could not have made the shot.

Which is moot, as he did not shoot King, or anyone.

The witness who placed Ray in the room was dead drunk. One witness who blew the whistle on the drunk was put in an asylum, the other killed.

Judge Brown was driven off before he could force the exculpatory test of the rifle in evidence. He did not believe it was the actual murder weapon. The death slug from King was not from the same lot as the spent casing in the rifle or bullets from the weapon. The .30-06 Remington was a pump action rifle and therefore could not have been leaning against a windowsill as the original prosecutors said it was. The telescopic sight installed on the Remington could not have been aligned correctly because the shop in which it was purchased did not have the proper equipment.

Ray was killed by preventing a liver transplant; simple as that.

King was a threat to the security state. An opponent of the war. One who would have brought an army of protestors to the nation's capital.

And a special target of Hoover. Frank Holloman Director of Memphis Police and Fire was an FBI veteran and one of the elite members of Hoover's personal unit.

In the famous photo of a half dozen men around the fallen King on the Lorraine balcony all save one are pointing out at the source of the shot. One is down checking King's vitals, Marrell McCullough of the 111th Military Intelligence Group.

Sam Donaldson on Prime Time reported ABC called the CIA switchboard, asked for and was connected to Marrell McCullough who listened and responded until the subject turned to King.

Then he hung up.

Frank and Marrell have a little bit they do, “We are the hollow men.”
