hmmm.....$1,100,000,000,000 [10% of the World's cash supply] sitting in two vaults, protected by the Secret Service [worthy of due respect] et al. - said to be phony...or partly 'faulty', but not destroyed - and no one noticed the 'mistake' during what must have been months of printing!
......someone is going to make a lot of money and the Sheeple are going to loose an equivalent sum, IMO.
