That picture...and many like it...tell it 'all'.....[not the 'friendly Bobby on the beat']; but when a Nation no longer trusts its Citizens, because the Citizens no longer trust the Police, Military, and Government!!!! However they are OUR Governments; OUR Nations; OUR Taxes that pay for it all, and OUR Police and Military (at least in theory)........sadly all has been turned upside-down [or always was]....and the Oligarchy use our money and person-power to run their own private Potemkin Villages - while we get these kinds off Ninja turtles patrolling our growing hells.
