It was not a birthing by the Environmentalists, but by the Energy Industry - pushed on the weaker elements of the Environmental community and governments. It is a sham and a shame and has benefits for the rich industries and countries and nothing but negatives for the poor industries and countries...sound familiar...?!?!?!?:darthvader:
