Most Americans are too stupid to understand the implications of this or what it means as far as their rights. When Bush said he considered his second election into office a confirmation of his agenda he wasn't kidding. As usual, they are just getting around to formalizing it now that no one is paying attention. Americans are truly dumb. When Ashcroft said we will get back to that Constitution business after all this is done he was lying.
